报道指出，持续骚扰导致两名受害者出现严重且持久的焦虑状态，频繁出现惊恐发作、哭泣、失眠，并持续担心自身安全。母女二人被迫大幅改变日常生活：将车辆停在远离公寓的地方，每天由年长女性的伴侣接送，在家中压低声音说话，始终拉下百叶窗，甚至不敢开启空调，以免让楼上邻居察觉其存在。
调查还发现，该68岁女子此前因在维琴察的住所对邻居实施类似跟踪骚扰行为，已被维琴察法院判处居家监禁并佩戴电子脚镣。检方认为，强制居家的状态反而使其利用公寓和阳台作为观察与行动据点，加剧了骚扰行为。宪兵在接到法官命令后执行逮捕，并将该女子转移至监狱，目前其由司法机关处置。
